Pals*

Pals* is a gourmet ice cream company based in Hackney, East London, founded by Kristian Sasha Szwedziuk in 2021.

Pals* produces small batches of ice cream and sorbet with organic, seasonal ingredients in partnership with London-based arts spaces and galleries to create bespoke flavours for exhibition openings and events.

Pals* olive oil ice cream is stocked at 4Cose, an artist-run Italian Delicatessen in East London.
